Today's blog is about empowering women. We need empowering whether we know it ot not.Empowerment is the process of becoming stronger and more confident, especially in controlling one's life and claiming one's rights. There are other definitions of empowerment depending on which dictionary you read. for me, when I help another woman to be empowered in any area of her life I'm satisfied. it is easy to empower a woman-in the workplace, in an organization or just as a friend. When you help another woman you are impacting her life forever. Think about how you can empower a woman today. More to come next week. # WomenEmpowerment.

I know from a personal experience how powerful it is when someone pours into your life and I look froward to encouraging other women in the future. Once I graduated from High School, my mentor and other women in my life encouraged me when I wasn't sure about what I wanted to do. I fully agree with this post.
