Felicha Sinegar Stanley
ABOUT ME
Felicha Stanley is a freelance writer, and author of her new book wPower: The Strength of an Empowered Woman to Change the World.
Her book is focused on the issues that matter most to women such as equality, paying it forward for another woman, making sure that women’s voices are being heard, and women as change agents.
Felicha Sinegar-Stanley is the founder of Women Empowering Women. Women Empowering Women is a non-profit organization for empowering women.
Felicha grew up in Port Arthur, Texas and currently resides in Dallas, Texas. She enjoys reading, writing, and mentoring young women. Her goal is to get women actively involved in empowering young girls and other women. She helps women by empowering them in the areas they want and need. One of her favorite quotes is “When women succeed, nations are more safe, secure and prosperous. There is no tool for development more effective than the empowerment of Women”. Barack Obama, 44th US President.
Felicha is a member of the Non-Fiction Authors Association where she plans to make a difference in her local chapter in Dallas, Texas. Not only does Felicha plan to be an active participant in that association, she also plans to be active in a number of associations and organizations directly related to women’s Issues and women’s empowerment. In the United States we have many more associations and organizations that directly support women than in any other country.
As a compassionate educator devoted to helping students achieve their goals, plus a dedicated leader for community service, Felicha Stanley has built a career that can be summoned [or summarized] in one phrase: “helping others”. When she is not helping women and children who are victims of domestic violence in the community, she’s donating her time to community organizations such as the Arthritis Foundation, The Family Place, and New Beginnings to name a few.
